  • There is now a new way to print your T-shirts with our design online tool. Choose your attributes, then select Online Designer to open up the design interface. Upload your own logos, graphics or images to create your design. When you are finished, your artwork will automatically be sent to print.
  • You can also choose to upload your own designs via our artwork services. Once you have placed your order you can upload your print-ready artwork. Please supply as a CMYK PDF with all fonts outlined or embedded and with a resolution of 300dpi and no bleed. 
  • T-shirt artwork needs to be supplied as one file with the front artwork on page 1, and the back artwork on page 2

Artwork Upload 

If you’d prefer to use your own design software to create your artwork, we’ve got some tips to help you design your print ready file. 

Top Tips:  

  • Use high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi), embedded in the PDF.  
  • Use a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure legibility when printed.  
  • Outline all fonts, or ensure they are embedded in the PDF.  
  • Avoid overlapping paths—combine elements into one continuous graphic.  
  • Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.  
  • Ink may spread slightly during transfer—avoid designs with closely spaced elements that could blur or merge.  
  • White ink can be printed, so please ensure that any areas not intended for print are set to transparent rather than white.
