Our custom sticker printing allows sheet upon sheet of custom designs or logos to be repeated ready to be applied to promotional literature, to products, as portable branding which provides an excellent addition to the marketing mix. These are ideal if you have one strong message or brand that you need in plentiful supply.  These sticker sheets are great for commercial or retail use where specific messaging and branding needs to be applied to any communications.  Use them in shops as "sale" stickers or equally with a bougie brand for bespoke packaging.

Stickers are printed in full colour on self-adhesive sheets using our state-of-the-art digital presses. Choose from rectangle, square, oval and circle shapes, with a gloss or matt in a variety of sizes.

Custom Matt Stickers:

• 90gsm white, woodfree machine coated satin matt paper.

• Aqueous acrylic emulsion adhesive.

• Chill grade - ideal for sandwich/chilled food labelling.

• Minimum application temperature 0°C

• Temperature range-10°C to +65°C

Custom Gloss Stickers:

• 90gsm, white, wood-free machine coated gloss.

• Aqueous (water-based) acrylic emulsion adhesive.

• Good adhesion to cardboard and low energy surfaces e.g. plastic bags.

• Minimum application temperature 0°C

• Suitable for use in temperatures of -10°C to +65°C

Our stickers are supplied kiss cut on sheets, ready to peel and apply. The quantity refers to the individual stickers, not the number of sheets. Please select the correct increment according to the size of the sticker you require. Details of the number of stickers per sheet can be found in the technical specifications tab.

How To Set Up Design Files For Same Size Stickers On A Sheet

Pro Tip: There is a 2mm margin of error for movement on all circular stickers. This means that even if your design is perfectly centred when you submit it, there is a chance it may shift slightly during printing. We, therefore, do not recommend using borders and line borders.. Sticker Set-Up Recommendations

• Include 3mm bleed on all sides

• Avoid borders an lines

• Supply as a CMYK PDF

• Outline or embed fonts

• 300dpi resolution
