A-peel to your customers by making sticker peeling easy with kiss cut stickers.  Simply put, these are stickers that come on a sheet entirely covered in sticky backing with the sticker shape cut out in the middle. 

Ideal for giveaways. Available with gold or silver foiling. Choose from white or transparent polypropylene. Order circle, square or custom shapes

Please note: Kiss cut stickers are delivered either as a square or rectangle. The size that you order is the total size of your sticker on the backing sheet. You must allow a minimum of 5mm safe zone between the edge of your sticker and the edge of the backing sheet. For example if you ordered a 60mm x 60mm circle, your backing sheet would be 60mm square and the sticker would be 50mm circle inside that square.

This means that even if your design is perfectly centered when you submit it, there is a chance that it may shift slightly during printing. Kiss cut stickers are the best choice for intricate designs by a country mile! If you have a sturdy, blocky design you may want to look at our die cut stickers, but if you have lots of frilly edges and complex, fragile designs then you'll need a kiss cut sticker.
A great way of thinking about it is by asking the question "Is this going to be easy to peel off the backing without damaging it?" If you have answered yes, then you're in the right place so, go ahead and place your order. If you answered no, you could still have your stickers printed in this way but you might benefit from die-cut stickers instead.
We can print these as standard shapes such as circles, squares and rectangles but we can also print your custom-shaped sticker on to a square or rectangular backing sheet. This makes it easier to peel off and apply.

Our kiss cut and die cut stickers are made from polypropylene so are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Come rain, wind or shine, these stickers will still be standing.

Artwork Guide for Kiss Cut Stickers

Once you have placed your order you can upload your print ready artwork. When supplying artwork for kiss cut stickers, please supply 1 multi layered PDF, which contains the following:

  • 3mm bleed on all sides
  • 5mm "safe" zone - Please avoid placing and text / design elements outside this area unless they bleed off the edge.
  • CMYK PDF, preferably PDF/X4a
  • Outline or embed fonts
  • 300 dpi resolution
  • Artwork layer named “Artwork” with CMYK artwork for print
  • If you are ordering a circle, square or rectangle shaped label, no cutting shape or layer is required. We will apply this for you automatically.
  • If you are ordering a custom shape, please supply a vector cutting guide with a thickness of 0.25pt set as a spot colour named “KissCutting” and set at 100% magenta. This should be setup as an overprint stroke on a layer named “KissCutting”
  • If you are ordering a solid fill white underpin, no underpinning is necessary within the artwork document as we will add this for you to the whole of the design automatically.
  • If you require a selective white underpin (on transparent material) please ensure you have a spot colour named “White” (case sensitive) and set at 100% Cyan. Please make sure that this is set to overprint and is a vector not a bitmap image on a layer named “White”.
  • For stickers with foil or selective white, please supply your artwork as a 2 page PDF, page 1 being the print artwork along with any “KissCutting” or “White” layers that are required, with page 2 being the foil/ selective gloss artwork. - Help Centre Article
  • Foil artwork must be supplied as vector shapes, any overlapping white elements knocked out of the foiling vectors. Our minimum foiling line weight is 1pt (0.34mm), minimum font size is 10pt (3.4mm) and the minimum gap between foiled or raised gloss elements is 1pt (0.34mm)
