Our kiss-cut sticker sheets come in a choice of 60µ (micron) white or transparent polypropylene and allow for up to 50 designs on one sheet! These vinyl sticker sheets are kiss cut, with the backing sheet left on allowing the sticker to be peeled off. The polypropylene is waterproof and comes with a permanent adhesive. They’re a more cost-effective marketing solution for giveaways at shows or inserts into magazines. After all, you’re never too old for a sticker!  If your stickers are all the same size, you might benefit from our Stickers On A Sheet, which allows up to 70 stickers of the same size on each sheet.

Technical Specifications for Custom Sticker Sheets

Setting Up Design Files For Kiss Cut Sticker Sheets

This means that even if your design is perfectly centred when you submit it, there is a chance that it may shift slightly during printing. We, therefore, don't recommend the use of borders and line borders. Sticker Set-Up Recommendations 

Once you have placed your order you can upload your print-ready artwork. When supplying artwork for custom cut sticker sheets, please supply 1 multi-layered PDF according to the instructions below. Ensure that the number of stickers per sheet matches the sticker count which has been ordered.

  •  3mm bleed on all sides
  • Avoid borders
  • CMYK PDF, preferably as a PDF/X4.
  • Outline or embed fonts
  • 300 dpi resolution
  • Minimum size of any one sticker is 10mm x 10mm and the maximum size is 300mm high with the max width being dependent on the sheet size ordered. 
  • Cutting shapes should be at least 5 mm from the outer sheet edge and 2 mm apart from each other
  • Artwork layer named “Artwork” with CMYK artwork for print
  • Please supply a vector cutting guide for each of the labels ordered. The cutting guide should have a thickness of 0.25pt set as a spot colour named “KissCutting” and set at 100% magenta. This should be set up as an overprint stroke. All the cutting shapes must be on their own layer named “KissCutting”. This layer should sit on top of the “Artwork” layer.
  • If you require a white underpin (on transparent materials) please ensure you have a spot colour named “White” (case sensitive) and set at 100% cyan. Please ensure that this is set to overprint and is a vector, not a bitmap image. All of the white underpin elements must be on their own layer named “White”. This layer should sit on top of the “KissCutting” layer.
  • Our minimum line weight is 0.25pt and minimum font size is 6pt to ensure a quality finished product.
  • For a rich black use the following CMYK breakdown – C 63% M 52% Y 51% K 100%
  • Internal or multiple cuts per sticker are not possible

Select mirrored print for window stickers that should be printed in reverse. You can submit your artwork as usual, and we will mirror your design prior to printing. Please download our templates to ensure your artwork meets our technical requirements.

Labels are varnished using Labellife 3 anti-scratch varnish.
