Are your mugs dishwasher safe?

The majority of our mugs are dishwasher safe. The only exceptions are our Cork Base Mugs and Colour Changing Mugs, which require handwashing. For more information, please refer to the product pages.

What are your delivery times?*

Production begins as soon as your order is confirmed and any artwork is approved. We strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframe provided; however, *please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances with couriers, which are beyond our control.

What colours can I print in?

We offer both single-colour and full-colour printing options within our mug range. Our Ceramic Printed Mugs and Colour Changing Mugs allow for full-colour printing, while the other options support single-colour prints.

Our online designer offers 24 Pantone colours to choose from, helping you create the perfect design for your brand.

The colours available are as follows:

What sized mugs are available?

Our range of mugs offers a variety of shapes and sizes, allowing you to select the ideal mug to convey your message. Sizes range from 280ml to 480ml, depending on your preference.

Where can I print on the mugs?

Please refer to the images above to compare the sizes and positioning options for your design. We offer two print options: a wrap-around design or a prominent design positioned at the front of the mug.

How do I supply artwork for my printed mugs?

We offer an online design option for all of our mugs to make it as simple as possible to supply your artwork. Simply drag and drop your logo into the perfect position for printing.

We also offer the option to design and supply your artwork using one of our artwork services for Ceramic Printed Mugs. All details on how to supply your artwork can be found in the artwork guide or technical specifications on the ordering page.

Can I print on the bottom of the mug?

Unfortunately, this isn't something that we can offer at the moment; however, you can contact the sales team for a custom quote on 0330 024 0020

How are the mugs packaged?

Most of our mugs are sent out in individual boxes, but this does depend on the type and quantity ordered. We provide more information on how each mug style is packaged and dispatched on the ordering page. However, we ensure that all mugs are carefully wrapped to ensure safe delivery!

What is the minimum quantity when ordering mugs?

Our minimum order quantities vary depending on the mug. The minimum can range from 1 to 25. Please refer to the range above for specific details on the minimum orders for each type.

Can these be used as branded mugs?

Yes, absolutely.  We love to see branded mugs, who doesn't enjoy a cuppa on the daily? It may as well be in a branded vessel!

Can I get a custom quote for mugs?

Yes, absolutely.  If you need to order more mugs than we can offer online or you have a specific request, please get in touch with our sales department on  0330 024 0020

Can you order more than one artwork per printed mugs order?

Yes. If the ‘Different designs?’ option is available, you can order multiple designs in one order by selecting the number of designs and the quantity per design. If this option is not available, each design will need to be added to the basket as a separate order.
