Once you have placed your order you can upload your print-ready artwork. Please supply as a CMYK PDF with all fonts outlined or embedded and with a resolution of 300dpi and no bleed. Download our templates below to assist with setting up your artwork. Please ensure that your background is transparent, as any remaining background colours, including white, will be printed. If you wish to print white in your design, please ensure that it is NOT set to overprint. For more information please see the technical specification at the bottom of this page.

Sweatshirt Printing

Whether you’re selling them, providing them to your team or giving them away, Printed Sweatshirts are a great promotional tool. By using high-quality cotton fabric, you can promote while on the go and your clients will never want to take the sweatshirt off!

Our personalised sweatshirts are printed in full colour using the direct to garment printing process and available in a large selection of great colours and sizes from XS up to XXL.

Printed Sweatshirts are unisex and can be printed with your branding on the left chest 10 x 10cm, the front 31 x 40cm or on the back 31 x 40cm.

Washing Instructions:

  • Machine wash 30 degrees

Printed using the Direct to Garment (DTG) method, this technique allows for intricate details and vibrant colours, making it ideal for graphics, photos, and designs with gradients or multiple shades. With cutting edge digital printing technology, DTG printing produces sharp, long-lasting prints that retain their vibrancy even after repeated washes. This process ensures your designs stand out with remarkable clarity and colour depth.

Design Online 

We’ve made creating your artwork even easier with our Design Online tool. Simply upload your logo, text, or graphics and position them on the canvas to create a ready-to-print file—no fuss. 

Artwork Upload 

If you’d prefer to use your own design software to create your artwork, we’ve got some tips to help you design your print ready file. 

Top Tips:  

  • Position your artwork within the artboard according to your required print position. Left chest prints are positioned approximately 100mm from the neckline. Full front and back prints are positioned approximately 10mm from the neckline.
  • Use high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi), embedded in the PDF.  
  • Use a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure legibility when printed.  
  • Outline all fonts, or ensure they are embedded in the PDF.  
  • Avoid overlapping paths—combine elements into one continuous graphic.  
  • Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.  
  • Ink may spread slightly during transfer—avoid designs with closely spaced elements that could blur or merge.  
  • White ink can be printed, so please ensure that any areas not intended for print are set to transparent rather than white.
