How can I design online?

Simple. Once you have chosen the options for your product, navigate to "Help with Design" and choose "Online Designer". You can then click start designing, and this will open up a new window and you can begin designing.

Do I have to pay for the design online too?

Not at all. The best things in life are free, and our design online tool is free to use by everyone.

I have my own logo I would like to use for my design, can I still use it?

Yes, simply upload your logo (preferably as a PNG) into the online design tool, then drag and drop the logo into your canvas to use. It's that simple. 

Can I save my design to use again later?

At this moment in time, you can not save designs into your account. However, this is a frequently requested feature by our users and we are working hard to bring this to our online designer, so the feature will be available sometime in the future. Watch this space.

Can I add File Check on to my online designer artwork?

We have designed the online design tool to give the power back to the customer when designing their artwork. To ensure it remains free for our valued customers, we've limited this tool to use with only our Just Print artwork service.

Can I customise the patterns within the designer?

Yes you can. When you choose a pattern in the online designer, a tool box will open near the top of the window, giving you more options to customise the pattern. 

Can I interact with the 3D model on the right hand side?

Some products come with a handy 3D model of your printed product, making it easier for you to design. This 3D model can be rotated, scaled and on some products animated to let you see the product in action. So go ahead, play away with it. 

I'm still not confident using the online design tool, can I go back and choose another service?

Of course, you can. Simply select cancel and this will take you back to the product screen. From here you can choose File Assist or Design and we can help you get your artwork ready for print. 

Do the canvas prints have a wooden frame?

Yes, each canvas is mounted on a durable 20mm wooden frame and includes a sawtooth bracket for easy hanging.

What is the maximum size of rigid board you can print and deliver in one piece?

All sizes available on the ordering page are supplied in one piece, up to a maximum of 1200 × 2400 mm on our most popular options.

Will my item be printed exactly as it looks on the online designer?

While we strive to achieve print results that closely match what you see on the screen, it's crucial to keep in mind that the screen only provides a digital preview of the final product. Since your print is produced in bulk, we cannot guarantee an exact replica of the digital representation in the printed output.
