About the Role:
To support our next phase of growth, we are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist with
digital marketing experience to join the team.
You’ll be responsible for researching, writing, and producing compelling, engaging content in
line with our brand guidelines, while working closely with product specialists and the
marketing team to grow our content and social channels. The role would suit a naturally
creative professional with a good understanding of content marketing and digital disciplines.

As Content Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Deliver a content roadmap across website Help Centre, FAQs, blog posts, PR articles, white papers, email campaigns, and external publications.
- Create engaging, original content for social media, website, Google Business, YouTube, and other platforms that drives traffic, strengthens SEO/AI visibility and authority, and converts visitors into customers.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and optimisation, while ensuring final outputs remain unique, persuasive, and on-brand.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent messaging and tone across all content channels.
- Gain deep customer insights to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth and thought leadership.
- Collect meaningful content from across the business — from media shoots, peers, interviews, or events — and repurpose it for multiple channels.
- Produce multimedia assets (imagery, CTAs, banners, video) that enhance written content and customer engagement.
- Work with the Customer Success team to ensure Help Articles support AI chatbot accuracy and customer self-service.
- Monitor the performance of content, analyse impact, and optimise quickly for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Design skills: Proficiency with Photoshop, InDesign, and video editing to support visual content creation.
- Creativity & speed: An imaginative thinker who can ideate and deliver content quickly without compromising quality.
- AI literacy: Confident in using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and productivity, while safeguarding originality and brand voice.
- Digital expertise: Strong understanding of what performs across the digital landscape, including SEO, social media, and emerging trends.
- Customer insight: Ability to deeply understand buyer personas and translate technical product offerings into compelling, sales-focused content.
- Collaboration: Strong relationships with sales, product, and wider teams to uncover and deliver high-value content opportunities.
- Data-driven mindset: Comfortable using analytics to optimise content performance and inform strategy.
- Organisation: Capable of planning and scheduling content across multiple stakeholders, channels, and campaigns.
- Team spirit: A proactive, hands-on contributor who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Editorial mindset: with a strong sense of what audiences consume and how to deliver it.
It would be useful for candidates to have:
- Experience of using HubSpot or other systems beneficial
- Experience of using CMS to update websites would be useful.
- Experience in the print industry (or ability to quickly learn technical product knowledge).
