What are your delivery times?*

Production begins as soon as your order is confirmed and any artwork is approved. We strive to meet the estimated delivery timeframe provided; however, please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances with couriers, which are beyond our control.

How do I design my own backpack?

With our Design Online tool, creating your own artwork for printing is made easy. Click on "Start Designing" and upload your own images and graphics to personalise your design. We also provide you with tools to add text and shapes to your artwork. Upon completion, you can conveniently send off your design for printing.

What size of a laptop can I fit into the REPREVE® Our Ocean™ Commuter Laptop Backpack?

You can comfortably fit a laptop up to 15 inches. And still have plenty more space for books, chargers, and any other goodies you need to carry around with you. 

What size of a laptop can I fit into the Case Logic Reso Black Laptop Backpack?

Our backpack comfortably fits a laptop up to 17 inches, with ample additional space for books, chargers, and other essentials you need to carry with you.

What is the minimum order quantity for personalised backpacks?

The minimum order quantity for personalized backpacks is typically 10 bags. However, we can accommodate smaller orders for special requests. Please contact our sales team for more information.

Can I see a sample of the backpack before placing a large order?

Yes, we can provide a sample backpack for your review. Please note that sample costs and shipping fees may apply. Contact our team to arrange a sample order.

What materials are the backpacks made from?

Our backpacks are made from high-quality, durable materials such as polyester or recycled materials. 

Do you offer design assistance if I need help creating my logo or artwork?

Yes, our in-house design team can help you create or refine your logo or artwork to ensure it looks great on your backpacks. Design fees may apply depending on the complexity of the work.
