About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Customer Service Advisor to join our close-knit Customer Success Team and help us continue our impressive growth by delivering a world-class level of service to our clients.

Dealing with inbound inquiries from a variety of sources, our Customer Service Advisors use their enthusiasm and expertise to build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring that they are happy and remain loyal.


  • Dealing with all inbound enquiries (live chat, calls, emails via Zendesk)
  • Building rapport with customers
  • Providing expert-level advice at all times
  • Taking ownership of issues and challenges that arise

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a similar role and have:

  • An enthusiastic approach
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A desire to be efficient and resolve issues quickly and thoroughly
  • A curiosity to explore our customers’ needs and understand how our products could help

It would be great if the successful candidate had experience in the following areas:

  • Knowledge of Zendesk or other client support systems would be useful
  • Experience in the print industry would be advantageous

This role is a permanent full-time role, based in our Dundee office. In this role, you will work 40 hours a week, in a range of shift patterns between 8am and 6.30pm.
