For an impression that lasts, you can’t beat a plastic business card. Available as white or transparent 570µ or 760µ PVC and printed in full colour. You can opt for a range of special finishes too including gold foiling or silver foiling.
570µ plastic cards are not as thick as your standard debit/credit.
760µ plastic cards are similar in thickness to your standard debit/credit card.
These are ideal wallet-sized 86mm x 54mm (or 54mm x 86 mm) business cards.
Magnetic strips and signature strips can be added to certain layouts making them work for practical solutions such as hotel room keys.

Looking for something to act as a prestigious membership card or business card? It's a custom printed plastic business card you're looking for. We print white or transparent business cards with the option to add a special finish of gold or silver foil. We recommend keeping all the content within the card evergreen. By this, we mean that these particular business cards are premium and plastic so you may not wish to do repeat runs time after time if the elements within your card change.
These plastic business cards come in two sizes: 86mm x 54 landscape and 54 x 86mm portrait
This durable PVC card will withstand use after use and the rounded corners (3mm radius) will not scuff or degrade when placed in and out of a wallet.

For double-sided CMYK printed PVC cards business cards with special finishing please supply your artwork as a 4-page PDF. Page 1 is the front of the artwork, page 2 is the back of the artwork, page 3 will be the Foiling artwork and page 4 should be blank.
If you are printing a one-sided PVC card with finishing, then a 2-page PDF is required where page 1 is the design and page 2 is the Foil artwork.
The Foil artwork should contain solid black shapes in the exact position where the Foil is required. Please ensure Foil artwork is a vector path, 100% black only and does not contain any cyan, magenta or yellow.
Please note: Foil application has registration tolerances of approximately ±0.5 mm. It is not, therefore, recommended that small text (10pt minimum) or thin lines (1pt minimum) are foiled as perfect register cannot be guaranteed. You should not represent your foiling artwork on the CMYK print artwork to eliminate any risk of misregistration of the foil.
