Our stapled booklets are an excellent way to showcase your products, services, and upcoming events. The A6 size is perfect for slipping into pockets and bags, making it convenient for customers to carry them around.

Printed on high-quality paper, our booklets ensure that your message looks professional and stands out. You can choose from a variety of designs to suit your needs, from simple and elegant to bold and colourful. 

Our stapled brochures are versatile and can include information such as product specifications, pricing, and special offers. You can also use them to promote your business or to introduce new services. 

Stapled booklets are created by folding and stapling sheets of paper along the fold line, giving the appearance of a saddle when opened. This method is perfect for projects with a lower page count, ranging from 8 to 64 pages. It provides a flat, professional finish and is highly customisable, with a range of options available for paper types, sizes, finishes, and laminations.

We use our state-of-the-art digital facilities for order quantities of 500 and below, and modern litho presses for larger quantities.

To ensure that your covers with heavy ink coverage stay in the best possible condition, we recommend laminating them. Lamination provides a protective layer that prevents any potential marking caused by ink transfer or friction during transit or storage. You can choose from a range of cover laminations including Soft Touch, which is durable and premium, or Matt lamination, which gives an elegant finish. Setting Up Design Files For Stapled Booklets

For help with booklet printing, visit the Resource Hub or the Book Hub for booklet help. These resources contain guides, inspiration, FAQs and general guidance on how to print a booklet. 

For Stapled booklets, please submit artwork as one file in running order from front cover to back cover.

For example, a 40-page brochure should be supplied as a single PDF, with the front cover on page 1 and the back cover on page 40, with 38 pages in order between them.

Stapled booklets must contain a page total divisible by 4.

It is recommended you do not place words, page numbers or images too close to the edges of each page.  We would recommend a safe zone on all sides of at least 5mm for saddle-stitched brochures.

• Include 3mm bleed on all sides

• We recommend a 5mm (ideally 10mm) safe zone for a better finish

• Supply as a CMYK PDF

• Outline or embed fonts

• 300dpi resolution
