Our 90gsm or 120gsm uncoated paper provides the perfect surface for drawing and writing, ensuring that activity books offer an ideal canvas for creativity.

Activity books offer a wide range of cover paper stocks to choose from. Whether it's a glossy finish for a vibrant look or a matte finish for a more subtle aesthetic, there are options to suit every design preference and budget.

Activity books come in various sizes, including A4 and A5 portrait and landscape options. This flexibility allows creators to choose the dimensions that best accommodate their content and target audience's preferences.

You can order A4 and A5 in portrait or landscape from just 1 copy. This includes all stock options, with uncoated inners and silk, gloss, or uncoated covers available. For all other options, the minimum order quantity is 26.

Orders of 500 and below are produced using state-of-the-art digital facilities, ensuring high-quality printing with efficient turnaround times. Larger quantities are produced using modern lithographic presses, ensuring consistency and cost-effectiveness for bulk orders.

Setting Up Design Files For Activity Books (Saddle Stitched Booklets)

For help with booklet printing visit the resource Hub where we have a handy booklet help section. For activity bookl, please submit artwork as one file in running order from front cover to back cover.

For example, a 40-page brochure should be supplied as one PDF with the front cover as page 1 and the back cover as page 40, with 38 pages running in order inbetween.

Activity books must contain a page total divisible by 4.

It is recommended you do not place words, page numbers or images too close to the edges of each page.  We would recommend a safe zone on all sides of at least 5mm for saddle-stitched brochures.

• Include 3mm bleed on all sides

• We recommend a 5mm (ideally 10mm) safe zone for a better finish

• Supply as a CMYK PDF

• Outline or embed fonts

• 300dpi resolution
