Is there VAT chargeable on your Leaflets, Flyers or Brochures?

Most Leaflets, Flyers and Brochures will be free from VAT; but there are exceptions:

• VAT is chargeable if your Leaflet, Flyer or Brochure is used as admission to a premises or venue. Or if you use the words 'free admission with this flyer' or similar.
• VAT is chargeable if your Leaflet, Flyer or Brochure is used to obtain a discount on goods or services, using the words '10% off' or similar.
• VAT is chargeable if your Leaflet, Flyer or Brochure has an area designed to be written on.
